Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our furniture, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
All return requests must be approved by us before items are returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused and unassembled (if applicable)
- Items must be in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or modification
- All tags, labels, and documentation must be included
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Custom Orders
Custom furniture pieces made to your specifications are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not match the agreed-upon specifications. Custom orders require detailed measurements and design approvals before production begins, so please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
If a custom order does not meet the agreed specifications or has a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and resolution. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at no cost to you, or we may issue a full refund if replacement or repair is not possible.
Please take photos of any damage or defects and include them in your return request. This helps us process your claim more efficiently.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely using original packaging if possible
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may want a different size, color, or style. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.
For custom pieces, exchanges may not be possible due to the personalized nature of the work. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Warranty
Our handcrafted furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect in workmanship or materials, please contact us. We will assess the issue and provide appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by anyone other than authorized personnel.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered production may be cancelled with a full refund. Orders already in production may be subject to cancellation fees based on work completed.
